This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications published by Firmament Games on the Google Play Store. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Who We Are

Firmament Games is a solo independent game developer. All games are designed, developed, and published by a single individual. You can contact us at pierre.developpeur.72@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

We are committed to minimizing data collection. The following types of data may be collected through the third-party services integrated in our apps:

Usage data – anonymous statistics about how you interact with the app (e.g., session length, features used), collected via Firebase Analytics.
Crash reports – anonymized crash and performance data collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
Advertising data – if the app displays ads, advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) may be used by Google AdMob to serve relevant ads.
Purchase data – if a game offers in-app purchases, payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We only receive the purchase status (for example, that an item was bought or that ads were removed), never your payment details.
Game progress and scores – if a game offers cloud save or leaderboards and you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your progress, scores and Play Games profile are stored by Google on our behalf. Without signing in, progress stays on your device only.
Consent choices– where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), a consent form is shown before ads or analytics are used. Your choice is stored on your device by Google's consent tools.
IP address – your approximate location may be inferred from your IP address by third-party services. We do not collect precise GPS or device location data.

We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or any other personally identifiable information directly through our apps.

3. Third-Party Services

Our apps integrate the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics – anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting (Google LLC).
Google AdMob – advertising network used to display ads in our free apps (Google LLC). AdMob may use your advertising ID and IP address to serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent settings.
Google Play Billing – in-app purchases and subscriptions, when a game offers them (Google LLC).
Google Play Games Services – optional sign-in, cloud save and leaderboards, when a game offers them (Google LLC).
Google User Messaging Platform – consent form for ads and analytics (Google LLC).

4. How We Use the Information

To improve gameplay, stability, and user experience.
To identify and fix bugs and crashes.
To serve advertisements (where applicable) and support the free availability of our apps.
To understand which features are most used.
To process and restore your purchases, and to remove ads if you bought an ad-free option.
To provide cloud save and leaderboards if you choose to sign in with Google Play Games.
To send local reminders (for example, a daily reward) if you allow notifications. These are scheduled on your device; no data is sent to us for this.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google Play Games Services) strictly for the purposes described in Section 4. Not every game uses every service; the services listed above apply only where a game offers the corresponding feature.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at pierre.developpeur.72@gmail.com and we will promptly address the situation.

7. Data Retention

We retain anonymized usage and crash data only for as long as necessary to improve our applications. We do not store any personally identifiable data on our own servers. Retention periods for data processed by Google services (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play) are governed by Google's own retention policies. Game progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the game.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

The right to access the data held about you.
The right to request deletion of your data.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom: the right to rectification, restriction and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (consent is the legal basis for ads and analytics). You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
The right to change your consent choices – where a game provides a privacy or consent option in its settings you can use it, otherwise contact us.
Saved game data stored with Google Play Games can be deleted from the Play Games settings on your device.
The right to opt out of personalized advertising – you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

9. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect any data collected. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We rely on the security measures implemented by Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play), which follow industry-standard practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
